It happened in the village of Rzekuń, on June 25th/July 8th, 1906, at 2 p.m.
Appeared personally Konstanty Małkowski, a farmer from Susk, 33 years old, in the presence of Józef Bronek, 40 years old and Józef Małkowski, 50 years old, farmers from Susk and presented Us a female infant child, informing that the child was born in Susk, on June 18th/July 1st of the current year, at 12 o'clock at noon, to his legal wife, Stefania nee Białobrzeska, 25 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today by the vicar priest Ludwik Łukaszewicz, the child was given the name: Czesława, and the godparents were: Józef Sikora and his wife, Wiktoria.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, who all were illiterate, and it was signed by Us only.

Priest Stanisław Żebrowski, the administrator of the Rzekuń parish, serving as Civil Registrar.
