Also, if the family was Greek Catholic, they would have most likely attended the parish of Świętej Trójcy in Sichow.

C'est les documents qu'il y avait dans son dossier de naturalisation française.
Mon arrière grand mère n'etait pas trés bavarde à propos e la Pologne ,il se peut qu'elle n'en ai pas parlé

It could be possible that 2 of the four died at young age. Or perhaps it may have just slipped your grandmother's mind.

Il y a aussi le prénoms de ses frères et soeurs qui, contrairement a ce que m grand mère pensait , étaient 4 et non 2

Now you have important information.
She was Greek Catholic, not Roman Catholic. Her mother was BIHUN rather than BIHUM.
Did you try to find the Greek Catholic record of her birth?

I will begin by talking about the names you are searching for, DROZD and BIHUM. There are two resources that I like to look at. First is “nazwiska-polskie” and second is “herby.”

Here you can see the map of Poland, and where people with the name DROZD are living:

You see that they are living all over Poland, but with higher numbers in the southeast of the country.

It does not show anyone with the name BIHUM. However, there are people with the spelling BIHUN:

You can search for a name: type it in the box “nazwisko” and click on “znajdz.”

It does not mean that BIHUM is incorrect. It means that it is a very rare name. This is why I also used the other resource, here:

Here, you type a name in the box and click on “szukaj.”

If you search for Bihum here, you see there were 2 people, one person living in “El” which is the old wojewodztwo Elblaskie, and one person living in “Pl” which is the old wojewodztwo Plockie.

You see from this, that they were very far north and west in the country. This is an interesting point to discuss. You probably know the basic history of Poland’s borders, before and after World War II. The post-war borders required a large migration of people. It would not be surprising to see families move from the Lwow area to the “new territory” in the west. If you are looking for possible relatives today, do not limit yourself to only people living near Lwow.

Herby shows 172 people with the name BIHUN, so this is also a rare name. Compare that to DROZD, with 12 586 people. There are also small numbers of people with other spellings of the name, Drożd, Droźdź, Droźdż, etc.

I see that Dylan has recommended a research firm, based in Ukraine. I hope that they are safe and well, and that they can reply to you. I would also mention to you that this forum is hosted by the very good people of Polish Origins, which is a professional research firm based in Poland. I do not believe that there is an index for those records however I could be wrong as I do not specialize in Ukrainian records. Your best hope would be to contact archives or civil registry offices in the area.
