Hedwig (Jadwiga) Slomian, born Szczepanska, his wife, of Catholic religion, residing with him in Ulejno in his flat, on October 28, 1896 at 6 o’clock p.m. gave birth to a child of female gender and that the child was given the name Stanislawa. &lt;br /&gt;
