Hello,
I think that there are no indexes for that specific year so it's not so easy to find this birth record.
Here https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/3047690?availability=Family%20History%20Library you can find scans of church records from Białystok. This is a book for 1869 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C3QB-L3WT-3?i=19&cat=3047690 but the records are listed according to the date of baptism, so if Henryk was born at the end of 1869, it could be in a book for year 1870. It seems you will have to go page by page to find this record (they are written in German).

Henryk Matys was born on Dec 13, 1869 in Bialystok to Henryk Matys (Jan Gotfryd Matys) and Ludwika Neè Matris. I’d Appreciate if someone could find his birth record.
