Górno

It happened in the town of Tomaszów, on September 14th/26th, 1885, at 6 p.m.
Appeared personally Jan Garbula, 25 years old and Antoni Deryło, 63 years old, peasants living in the village of Górno and they declared that on September 13th/25th of the current year, at 7 p.m., died in the village of Górno: Jan Garbula, 1 year and 6 months old, a son of Jan and Anastazja nee Romańczuk.
After convinced myself about the death of Jan Garbula this act was read to the present witnesses and due to their illiteracy it was signed by Us only.

Priest St. Skórzański, the parish-priest of the Tomaszów romancatholic parish, serving as Civil Registrar.

It happened in the town of Tomaszów, on June 11th/23rd, 1886, at 1 p.m.
Appeared personally Michał Dziura and Tomasz Pisarczyk, peasants, each of them being 50 years old, both living in the village of Górno and they declared that on June 10th/22nd of the current year, at 7 a.m., died in the village of Górno: Jan Garbula, 2 years old, son of Marcin and Anastazja nee Król.
After convinced myself about the death of Jan Garbula this act was read to the present witnesses and due to their illiteracy it was signed by Us only.

The Tomaszów parish-priest, serving as Civil Registrar: St. Skórzański.
