Hi Brian

The two best resources are http://dir.icm.edu.pl/pl/Slownik_geograficzny/ . A knowledge of Polish is almost essential to use this resource effectively. Another resource wich can be used effectively even if one has very little familiarity with Polish is the Skorowidz (published in the early 1930s) https://www.wbc.poznan.pl/dlibra/publication/7126/edition/12786/content It is in columnar format. The first column gives the name of the city, town or village and the last column the far right names the parish. The village you want needs the Polish diacritics in the name to locate the proper location. The village you want is spelled Jędrzejówka and 3 villages with that name are found on page 626 at the bottom of the page. The one you want is the second village. The parish in the last column is Radzięcin and the letter r following the name means that it is a Roman Catholic parish.
