No. 205 Złotopole
It happened in the town of Lipno, on December 9/22, 1910 at 11 a.m. Appeared Marian Przyborowski, 40 years old and Jan Kielichowski, 36 years old, both farmers living in village Złotopole and they declared that today at one o'clock in the morning died Helena Łopuszyńska, 2 weeks old, born and lived in Złotopole, a daughter of Bronisław and Antonina nee Wysocka.
After convinced myself about the death of Helena Łopuszyńska this act was read to the illiterate declarants and it was signed by Us only.
Serving as Civil Registrar, Administrator of the parish Lipno.
