Hi Christa,
You have to write Łojewo, not Lojewo. Cut and paste from here. Surname searches are rarely available in civil records. You have to check page by page.

Hello,

I am trying to find the civil records (1874-1911) for the town Lojewo, Inowroclaw County, Kujawski-Pomorskie. In the database www.genealogiawarchiwach.pl, I have entered information in the fields in the left hand column: date, voivodship, town, community, archive, category, act kind, etc., but I get no results.
