Did you try to send away for a possible marriage record for Helena? It might be worth a try.

Back in the day, a main Library Branch had access to city directories and telephone books.

Did you try to obtain the baptismal record for the child born in 1965? The church might have information on Helena.

Hi Trish. Bielak was the maiden name. When she came to the US, she was in the Chicago area. I do not know her spouses name. I do know that she had a child out of wedlock when she was 18. The child was born in Chicago in November 1965. I believe she may have gotten pregnant in Poland though I am not 100% sure. Hope this helps. Thank you!

I am sorry to say that I am having trouble finding any clues. It's so hard because of the time frame. I will keep on trying.

This is becuase of privacy. Also, you might have some trouble finding her in the US as censuses are only avaliable until 1950 (72 year rule) as well as the immiragtion records, as they are not all digitized.
