Furthermore I presume that "lat dwadzieścia siedem" (= 27 years) is the age of Krzysztof and "lat dwadzieścia trzy"(=23 years) of Ewa.

Difficult to say. In the birth record, her surname is Wagner, at marriage Werner. Sending you some more information.

He was born on October 30th, 1865 in Gawin parish Chodecz (act 2). Gustav's parents were Krzysztof Jeske and Ewa Werner.

My wife's great-grandfather Gustav Jesske was born in 1865. He was married to Karolina née Górke.
In 1902 their son Edmund was born in Górki, gmina Kłodawa (powiat Kolski in Wielkopolska).

Does anyone here know additional facts about Gustav Jesske?
Where is he born? Who are his parents? ...

I would appriciate to hear from others of his descendants.
