Appeared personally Szlama Zelman Oracz, cab driver, 52 years old, living in Iłża, in the presence of Izrael Wajnberg, a cantor (singer in the synagogue), 50 years old, Chaim Bromberg, 39 years old, both living in Iłża and presented Us a male infant child, informing that the child was born in Iłża, on October 28th, 1914, at 11 a.m., to his legal wife, Małka nee Zachcynska, 38 years old.
At the religious rite the child was given the name Izral Pinkwas.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, and it was signed by the witnesses. The father was illiterate.
