Hi adamsam,

The record is from the Village of Ławsk in the Parish of Wąsosz According to the Geneteka death index the year is 1802. Here is a link to the entry for Ławsk in the Słownik geograficzny http://dir.icm.edu.pl/pl/Slownik_geograficzny/Tom_V/616 and a link to a subset of Geneteka which provides info about where parish records are housed: https://parafie.genealodzy.pl/index.php?op=pr&pid=9340

The translation follows.

Wishing you continued success,

Dave

Translation: Top: Ławsk
Body of Entry: On the same day and month (19 May) the industrious* Maryanna, the consort/wife of the industrious* Sylwester Samelka, having** 45 years more or less; she was buried in the cemetery.

Notes: *laboriosus/industrious was an adjective used to describe an individual as a peasant.

**habens/having is a literal translation into Latin of the Polish age idiom.
