Hi,

I would like to know if anybody here has technical knowledge about these machines. I need an information that is not presented in its Manuals (Cleaning and Parts). I have searched in the web for their address but the only thing I could find was "NorthWest Microfilm, Minneapolis Minnesota".
I could not find them in phone books. I have found two web addresses but they refer to other companies, not to the manufactures of the NMI 2020. Also, it seems NW was sold to a company named Micron. A technician who fixes these machines would be of a great help.

Thanks,
