Vincentius = Wincenty
Paulus (Paweł) Kurgan, hortolanus (gardener), legit. filius (legitimate son of) Franciscus (Franciszek) and Theclae (Tekla) nat(a) born Kuś.
Catharina (Katarzyna) legit. filia (legitimate daughter of) Andreae (Andrzej) et (and) Sophia (Zofia) nat(a) Dzik. I cannot read the word after Dzik.
Godparents: Josephus (Jozef) Tuczyn (Ticzyn?) and Marianna Opiel (?) both 'hortolanus'.
Midwife: Rosalia (Rozalia) Opiela.
Priest: it seem to be an abbreviation of Bl. (?) Matt. = Mattheus or Mathias = Mateusz or Maciej Gezonke (?). Curat (in english, Curate, I think).

I am trying to translate the attached baptism record for Vincentius Kurgan. HIs parents are: Paulus Kurgan and Catharina Jurozyn. I can't seem to make out the rest of the record. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
