Thanks for the follow-up and efforts...it seems Boleslaw's son-in-law Szczepan Reszka was alive in 2014 when the article was written/published.

Stephen, I have tried to get more information from 3 or 4 places. Haven't had a reply from anyone.

I think if I returned to Zabiele, I could ask someone in the family about his date of death as well as the status of his daughter and son-in-law. Still curious!

I found this article discussing Bolesław's daughter, Władysława, and son-in-law, Szczepan Reszka. Can't find anything on them, either.

The account of the documents hidden in the ground was given to his son-in-law Szczepan Reszka by the late Bolesław Koszewski, who came from a village near Kolno. It was on his farm that Hieronim Rogiński "Róg", commander of a unit of the National Armed Forces and later of the National Military Union, hid for a long time after the war. Mr. Reszko decided to tell the IPN about the whole matter after reading the articles that appeared in "Nasz Dziennik".

I had the birth as 1892 in error when 1902 is correct! Does that help finding death record?

Now I'm a bit confused. According to this record, I can read that Boleslaw Kossewski was born on November 5th, 1902 in the village of Zabiele parish Kolno. Is it his date of death and burial place you are looking for?

But there is also a birth record (1892) for a Boleslaw Kossewski's daughter, Wladyslava Kossewski in Genetyka.

I have checked the parish of Kolno (to which Zabiele belongs) for the year 1892, but I do not see the birth record for Boleslaw. He is also not listed in Genetyka. Do you have his birth record? Can you share it with us?
