And Lubelskie Towarzystwo Genealogiczne displays many records for Lublin, Piaski and Abramowice, not that far from Chelm.

I have found a Jadwiga Struska (nee Misiura) in NaszKlasa. She is 60 and lives in Sawin, 10 miles north of Chelm. There are other 14 Misiura living in Sawin.

Hello!

The Marie Misiura you got a message from on FB is my Mother.

Neither of us have been able to find any furthur information since March.

We are still searching for her family in Poland...for years now...to no avail.

It is so frusterating. Thanks for taking the time to post a reply...much appreciated.

Looking for family members:

The last name is Misiura.

My Grandfather Kazimierz Misiura - born Aug. 10, 1920 in Chelm, Lubelskie, Poland. d. 1978 in Canada.

Siblings names -
Victor (Wictor) - b. 1917 in Poland. d. 1985 in Canda
Bolek
Janek - 2 of his kids names - Zbyszek and Franciszek
Helena
Maria - 2 of her kids names, but not the last name - Jurek and Wojtek
Stefan
Jadwiga b. 1939 - still living I believe

I believe after the war, many of his siblings lived in Sobibor, Poland.

Parents -
Antoni b. ABT. 1888 in I believe Bukowa, Lubelskie
Maria b. ABT. 1893 in I believe Lukowek, Lubelskie
