It happened in Zegrze on February 3rd/15th, 1895, at 10 a.m.
Appeared Mateusz Nalewajek, 48 years old and Piotr Fabisiewicz, 34 years old, both farmers living in Skubianka and they declared that yesterday at 3 a.m., died Franciszka Mikulska, 64 years old, a daughter with unknown first name the Królikowski spouses, who was born in Domosław parish Winnica, she was survived by her husband Jan Mikulski.
After convinced myself about the death of Franciszka Mikulska this act was read to the illiterate declarants and it was signed by Us only.
