Thank you for those links. I will have a look closer at them.
The Magrowski who appeared as soldiers of Reinhardt were in Neukirch-Hohe (Pogrodzie) and that is on the opposite side of Glogow.
Hi Gilberto,

Yes, Glogau is Glogow.

Glogow - in fact exact Polish orthographe Głogów, search is not easy with that - is mentionned in French wikipedia http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Campagne_de_Prusse_et_de_Pologne

Actually I digged more about Napolen battles, including the decisive Battle of (Iéna - French name) Jena-Auerstedt on 14 October 1806
The French site is http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bataille_d'I%C3%A9na

This site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jena-Auerstedt_Campaign_Order_of_Battle
gives a lot of names of generals, but also includes a link to the German sites of generals, where the name of Reinhardt is recorded
http://www.lexikon-deutschegenerale.de/r_pr.html

Here is a list of Prussian Infantry Regimental Colonels-in-Chief 1792 - 1806
http://www.napoleon-series.org/military/organization/Prussia/infantry/c_prussianinf6.html

Infantry Regiment Nr. 52
19.05.1795: Reinhardt, Generalmajor [later Generalleutnant] Franz-Joachim von (1742-1809)
Hi,

Records from Conradswalde (now Chojnowo, near Pogrodzie), between 1791 and 1803, shows the same information about a person:
- miles de R Generalis de Schverin
- militis Sub Scherin
- miles de R G de Reinhard
- granadin sub R G de Reinhard
- miles de Regimine de Reinhard
- musqueter de R sub G Reinhard and
- musquetin Regiment von Reinhard.

I am aware this is Latin and refers to a soldier and military ranks. But who was Schverin and Reinhard? Prussian generals? The name of a military unit? Where was their headquarters? Which battles, if any, did they fight? What places have they been to? Is there any sources where I can learn more about this?

Any help is welcome.
