Help identifying location of Dom Polski in photograph

This photograph was in my Great-aunt's photo album and I don't know where it was taken. She lived in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington but her dad was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and her mother lived in Chicago, Illlinois. Just curious where this one is located? I know that her 1st cousin 1x removed husband (Józef Kubisz) was an "Austro-Hungarian and Polish diplomat in the United States. During the years 1919 to 1933 he held the post of Polish consul in New York City, Pittsburgh and Chicago." She definetly met him on his visit to California where she was at at the time with some of her family (1928/1929). So, I don't know if this was a photograph she took or it was given to her. It's not really that important but I'm just curious as I know many like this were all across the United States.
