Have you checked the Arolsen Archive? I see the surname Inwentarz / Inwentasz there. Maybe something helpful.

Pelcowizna is located in the northeastern part of Warsaw, in the Praga-Północ district of Warsaw. It borders Białołęka, Targówek, and Golędzinów. It was once a manor farm founded by Józef Pelc.
