I found the toponym Łysa Pałka

Here it is.

Kakawa-Kolonia, Poland is 5 km distance from Godziesze Wielkie, Poland
I could not identify Łysa Pałka. The name means "bald (small) head", could be a village on a small hill.

Karol was born in Kalisz.

In 29. it is written that Franciszek is "goscinny in Łysa Pałka", guest at Łysa Pałka, i.e. it's not his residence.
Franciszek's profession is described as "Płóciennik", which means linen draper, drygoods merchant. It is possible, he was residing here and then, in Kalisz, where Karol was born, in Łysa Pałka, where Konstanty was born.

Though I am not a russian reader, I decipher Kostanty's parents' names as Franciszek Ke~sikowski and Elzbieta Feld.
In Karol death record it does mention Kalisz, but I don't if it refers to Franciszek or Elzbieta or Karol, or all of them.
In Konstanty birth record, the place of birth was Lysa Palka, but it was recorded in Godzieszki
In Jan death record, the place mentioned is, again, Lysa Palka, but I don't know if it refers to Jan or his parents, or everyone.
Elzbieta, could you please clarify this for us?

Hello Everyone, I was hoping that someone could give me a clue as to the information that's contained in the marriage record( nr. 29). I was unable to figure out or confirm my great-grandfather's brother Konstancy Kesikowski , are the same parents names Franciszek and Elizabety . I'm particularly interested in whether it lists where my great-great-grandparents were born, since I could not find a marriage record for them.
I have also attached the death records of two of his brothers Karol; Jan and Konstancy birth record. In Karol's death records I think it states that His parents were born and Married in Kalisz? but in Jan's death records it might state that Elizabeth was born in another village? These are from the szukajwarchiwach.pl
