How do you know about this sister? do you have any documents related to her wedding?
many years have passed. you must try to find the children of this sister. You need to know in which parish did she get married and try to find information about her children there.

This is the village my great grandfather John Perzyk lived. He immigrated to the U.S. I know his parents and a sister stayed in Poland. The sister Marianna married Martinus Skotarczak.
