I think you are right. The Jednachowski/Jednachowska presented in Geneteka database are all from this area.

Go to http://www.ivona.com/us/
on the Voices List menu near the top of the page select one of the five Polish flags (male and female voices)
insert the word Tczew in the field and click play to listen to it.
A word of caution:
when using this software to listen to polish words, make sure to type them with the proper polish characters.
