Yes, Cheri, my grandfather is Jan Idzik who listed his brother Josef Idzik who was living in Lwow

My grandfather always lists Libiaz as his birthplace but Josef lists Lwow as his birthplace.

A source for the Tuzow name says it is from the Ukraine. I think Lwow may be the home of My great grandmother, Katarzyna Tuzow.

I like the way Jaryczow Nowy fits...

Yes, I thought the second name was Nowy. I thought the first part of the word was Jary...At the Stetl Seeker I did find a town that might fit, but it's not in Malopolskie. It's Jaryczów Nowy. I don't know that a town of that name exists now, but in 1900 it was Jaryczów Nowy, Lwów, Galicia, Austrian Empire. In 1930 it was Jaryczów Nowy, Lwów, Poland. Now it is in the Ukraine. I hesitated to throw my 2 cents in. I don't think the cursive writing looks EXACTLY like Jaryczów - it was just the only thing I came up with. I had gone to Ellis Island gold, to type the first few letters of the village name to see what I would come up with. This village's name wasn't always spelled correctly, like they often aren't. One example was Jarychownowy - all one word. I'm assuming the M. in the baptismal record was for Malopolskie, so this does not fit. But is that Jan Idzik on a ship manifest that gave the name of his brother Jozef Idzik as his contact back home, and was Jozef living in Lwów?

                                      Cath,

I googled "Libiaz, Poland" and used a site: wolframalpha.com

It gave the names of several villages/towns surrounding Libiaz Malopolskie

The only entry that started with a "J" is Jaworzno, Slaskie which is 8 miles north of Libiaz.

It doesn't look exactly like the word on your document, but it may be a possibility!
