I was only able to find the record about the birth of Józef Flis. He was born on March 22, 1893 in the Majdan Królewski parish in the village of Dęba. He was the son of Jakub Flis and Anna née Grzesik. The original of the birth certificate is in the parish archives at Majdan Królewski.
Unfortunately, there is a problem with access to record files from Tarnobrzeg.

My grandmother Anna Buczek was born in Tarnobrzeg north of Rzeszow 1909. Her mother was Marya, father ? She had two older sisters Agata born 1891 (emigrated USA 1911). Zofia born1894 (emigrated USA 1913). Maria , not sure of date of birth but see did Marry Waclaw Krzezowski in 1937.
Anna Married Josef Flis who was also born in Tarnobrzeg 22.03.1893. I believe he had a brother Vincenc, a violinist.
Were would I find records to confirm any of this? Did they have any other siblings? Who were my great grand parents? Any help with this would be great.
