Specjalna umowa kontraktu kupna sprzedaży zawarta między Józefem Strycharz jako sprzedający a Franciszkiem Gajda jako kupujący. W następujący sposób zawarta została.

Józef Strycharz aktem niniejszym sprzedaje swoją część będącą jego własnością a znajdującą się Wola Wadowska w Małopolsce za sumę $ 990,00 wyraźnie dziewięćset dziewięćdziesiąt dolarów w walucie amerykańskiej zapłacone jak następuje. Przy umowie powyższej wpłacone zostało przez kupującego Franciszka Gajdę suma $ 150,00 która to suma wypłacona przy świadkach Jan Libida i Jan Rusin, zaś reszta ma być spłacona jak następuje. $ 420,00 w pewien czas później, zaś balans 420,00 przy zawarciu i podpisaniu już sporządzonego kontraktu.
Kupujący aktem niniejszym potwierdza posiadłość jak namniej kupuje od sprzedającego, grunt wraz z wszelkimi do niego przynależnościami tak jak dotąd sprzedający posiadał i posiadać miał prawo.
Strony kontraktujące solennie stwierdzają i przyobiecują że umowa zawarta dzisiaj jest prawdziwą i od niej się cofać nie będą, zaś w przeciwnym razie gdyby która strona wycofać się miała traci swoje prawo jak nie mniej wpłatę która była tutaj sporządzona.
W dowód czego niniejszą umowę własnoręcznie i przy świadkach podpisujemy.

Special agreement for the sale contract concluded between Joseph Strycharz as a seller and a buyer Francis Gajda. The following was concluded.

Joseph Strycharz this act sells his part of his property and which is located in Malopolska Wadowska Wola the amount of $ 990.00 expressly nine hundred ninety U.S. dollars paid in U.S. currency as follows.
When this agreement was paid by the buyer Francis Gajda total $ 150.00 which sum paid, with witnesses John libido and John Rusin, and the rest is to be repaid as follows.

Buyer hereby confirms that the property act as namniej buys from the seller, land together with all appurtenances thereto as have been selling and have had the right.
Contracting parties solemnly declare and promise that the agreement signed today is a true and since it will not be shifted, but otherwise, if that party had to retreat loses its entitlement to payment of not less that was done here.

This letter was in my GGrandfathers things when he died in 1938, I have never gotten it translated, it was typed in Polish ...
