Hello Michael, thanks again for your help, I have came across Johann and Regina Rhode some time ago while searching on Ancestry, with a question mark, as I have not known who Johann's wife was. I will now continue to search this information you have given me. I am taking over our Ancestor Search from my elderly aunt who can no longer continue with searching are Ancestry. Hopefully I can find a marriage of Auguste Rhode to Gottfried Rose.

Przezmark [German: Preußisch Mark or Preuschmark, literally Prussian market] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Elbląg, within Elbląg County [German: Kreis Elbing], in northern Poland.

The Protestant church books are available online at Archion (www.archion.en) and then: Ostgebiete: Evang. Zentralarchiv Berlin > Kreis Elbing (Provinz Westpreußen) > Preußisch Mark > Taufen 1826-1849. On image 183 of 245 you will find the birth entry for Auguste Rhode, born on August 1, baptized on August 18, 1844. The parents were Johann Rhode and his wife Regina, born Aust. The family lived in the nearby village Kämmersdorf.
