According to mapa.szukacz.pl Lopuszka is part of gmina Kanczuga, which is part of powiat Przeworsk. This is polish information.
See the church a bit of history in http://www.kanczuga.pl/asp/pl_start.asp?typ=14&sub=96&menu=102&strona=1

Rzeplin is two miles East, as the crow flies. Gmina Pruchnik, pow. jarosławski

thank you, that was exactly what I looking for in better understanding how to begin searching within.

I went to the website and clicked on Counties, and under Przeworsk I am not finding what I am looking for so my assumption is that Lopuszka Wielka is yet another step towards to the bottom of the pyramid?

Przeworsk
Cities:
Przeworsk
Municipalities:
Adamówka, Gac, Jawornik Polski, Kañczuga, Przeworsk, Sieniawa, Tryñcza, Zarzecze

So Lopuszka Wielka is in Przeworsk Municipality/Community (gmina) which is also in Przeworsk County (powiat)

His wife is said to be from Rzeplin, Jaroslaw... thinking similar situation but of course in Jaroslaw powiat
as per naturalization records, I am looking for info from Lopuszka Wielka which is in Przeworsk and then I get confused in regards to province? of Podkarpackie and/or Rzeszow

I Lopuszka Wielka considered village?
Przeworsk a city?
and then what?

Poland is currently divided into 16 provinces (wojwodztwo or woj. for short)
A woj. is divided into powiats (or pow. for short) = county
A pow. is divided into gminas (or gm. for short) = communes
A gmina has many 'wies' (small villages) and also 'miasto' (big cities).
See Podkarpackie division province in http://www.tovegin.com.au/podkarpackie/
