I found the 'Testimonium ortus et Baptismi' records for both in family records. They were dated 1932.
My Ggrandfather was born in 1889 in a branch of the Mchawa parish located in Kielczawa. My Ggrandmother was born in 1892 in a branch of the Mchawa parish located in Roztoki Dolne.

My question is, would the Testimonium ortus et Baptismi be from the same parish?

Dan,

The translation of Testimonium Ortus et Baptismi is Testimony/Certificate of Birth & Baptism. Such certificates were issued by the parish where the events took place. Such certificates from Galicia are an exact copy/transcription of the entry in the parish register so the likelihood of the entry in the actual register containing an info not found in the certificate is pretty much nil. These days in the USA civil certificates are usually photo copies of what is on file in office of the clerk in charge of vital stats. At the time those certificates were issued photo copies were not an option so certificates were a transcription of the data found in the register. The priest who issued the certificate certified that what he wrote in the certificate was a true and accurate copy of what was in the parish register. They were dated 1932 because that is when your grandparents requested a certified copy of the records. Since the certificates contain the same info as that found in the register they are a genuine and valid substitute for an image of the actual register. In my opinion there is no pressing need to locate a copy of the register for them. The register, of course, would be necessary for any siblings born in the same place as well as for other relatives and/or other events (e.g. the marriage or death records of their parents.).

I hope this answers your question.
