Where would I write to locate birth, marriage and death records for the years 1880 to approximately 1900 in Kuczyn? The records I need are not on Geneteka, or Projektpodlasie.

My grandfather, Boleslaw Fedorowicz was born 26 May 1886 in Kuczyn, Klukowo, Wysokie Mazowieckie, Podlaskie, Poland.
A copy of his birth record is attached.

His parents were Tomasz Fedorowicz/Fiedorowicz and Karolina Żebrowska.
His parents' 1881 marriage is in the index on Projekt Podlasie but there is no scan.
The index says: 1881 #9 Tomasz Fiedorowicz, Bride: Karolina Żebrowska, In Kuczyn. dane z sumariusza.

I found a 1921 marriage record for Boleslaw's younger brother Wincenty Fedorowicz to Wladyslawa Brulinska.
There was also an older sister of Boleslaw: Stanislawa, born in 1882 for whom I cannot locate a birth or marriage record in Poland. She married a Boleslaw Henryk Redgate around 1900, they had 2 children there, and they all came to and settled in New Jersey, US.

I would really love to find the 1881 marriage record for Tomasz and Karolina.
