this record is written in Russian, which I do not read. However, I am able to recognize the Rudolph Donat underlined, and also the name Karolina (maiden name started Kr....). Cannot assure you if it is a death record or a birth record. One of the witness carries the same surname as Karolina.
Unfortunately, our expert in russian language died about one month ago and I don't now if there are other members who can read old russian handwritten documents.
