The notation is supposed to refer to the person baptized. Canon Law (Catholic Church law) stipulated that when an individual married in the Catholic Church the priest who officiated at the wedding was to enter the information in the baptismal register if the marriage took place in the same parish as the baptism. If the marriage took place in another parish the priest was required to send notification of the marriage to the pastor of the baptismal parish who was required to enter the information as a notation in the proper baptismal register. If the person baptized is Veronica, the notation does not make sense. It is possible that the priest entering the marriage notation entered the information in the wrong line in the baptismal register. The purpose of the notation is to prevent bigamy. Since a person who wanted to marry was required to present a recent baptismal certificate (no older than 6 months) when seeking to marry if there was an earlier church wedding the notation would appear and there would be some explaining to do.

If this was a baptismal record for the child Victoria, then I would say the left-hand column contains the names of the godparents Josephus Gąsior and Cecelia wife of Joannis *Stasik*. I would assume the marriage info. would be for the adult Victoria, but that doesn't make sense if Anna Dobrzynska born in 1889 is the other person in this marriage note. The baptismal record for my Polish aunt (in MN) lists her marriage info. which obviously was entered on the baptismal record later.
