Majdan Górny

It happened in the town of Tomaszów, on Februry, 1860, at 5 p.m.
Appeared Maciej Garbula, a peasant, farmer from Majdan Górny, 28 years old, in the presence of Paweł Typek, 35 years old and Jan Jeruzal, 23 years old, both peasants, farmers from Majdan Górny and presented Us a male infant child, who was born today in Majdan Górny, at 4 a.m., to his wife, Marianna nee Joniec, 21 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name: Jan, and the godparents were: Paweł Typek and Marianna Garbula.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by Us only, because they were illiterate.

The parish-priest, Kwiatkowski.

Majdan Górny

It happened in the town of Tomaszów, on December 23rd, 1860, at 12 o'clock, at noon.
Appeared Wojciech Garbula, a peasant, farmer from Majdan Górny, 27 years old, in the presence of Andrzej Ryściuk, 40 years old and Maciej Garbula, 30 years old, both peasants, farmers from Majdan Góny and presented Us a male infant child, who was born in Majdan Górny, on the 22nd day of the current month and year, at 8 p.m., to his wife, Marianna nee Stybel, 22 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name Jan, and the godparents were: Ksawery Dzięgielewski and Ludwika Kurdwanowska.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by Us only, because they were illiterate.

The parish-priest, Kwiatkowski.

Majdan Górny

It happened in the town of Tomaszów, on November 6th/18th, 1888, at 1 p.m.
We make it known that in the presence of the witnesses, Maciej Janusz, 60 years old and Błażej Wojciechowski, 64 years old, both the church survants living in the town of Tomaszów, a religious marriage was concluded on this day, between:

Andrzej Garbóla, a single man, a peasant, 30 years old, who was born and lives as a servant in the village of Majdan Górny, son of the Garbóla spouses: Wojciech and Marianna nee Tyb [ I have checked Andrzej's birth certificate and it give the mother's maden name as Kybl

and

Katarzyna Styczyńska, a miss, a peasant, 24 years old, who was born and lives in the village of Wieprzów, daughter of the spouses: Karol Styczyński and Barbara Styczyńska nee Bałka.

This marriage was preceded by the three banns of marriage, announced in the church of Tomaszów, on: October 23rd/November 4th, October 30th/November 11th and November 6th/18th of the current year.

The newlyweds declared they did not enter into any prenuptial agreement.
The religious marriage ceremony was performed by the priest Alojzy Słobczyński, the local vicar.
This act was read to the newlyweds and the witnesses and due to their illiteracy it was signed by Us only.

Priest Ludwik Szumiata, serving as Civil Registrar.
