In the year of 1811, on May 20th, at 12 o'clock, at noon, in front of Us, the administrator of the Końskie parish, serving as CIvil Registrar for the commune of Końskie, in the county of Końskie, in the department of Radom, appeared a jew, Paweł Szmerlowicz, a butcher-master, 40 years old, living in Końskie and presented Us a male infant child, born in the house of Wojciech Matuszewski, a carpenter-master, number 64, on May 18th of the current month, at 3 a.m., and he declared that the child was born to him and his wife, Ryfka z Herszków [z Herszków: a daughter of Herszko], 36 years old and that his wisz was to name the child Dawid.
This document was read in the presence of the jews, Izrael Abrahamowicz, a butcher-master, 25 years old and Jankiel Szmulowicz, a butcher-master, 52 years old, both from Końskie.
This act was signed by all.

Wawrzyniec Goszczyński, the administrator of the Końskie parish, serving as Civil Registrar.
