In the year of 1811, on July 1st, at 4 p.m., in front of Us, the administrator of the Końskie parish, serving as Civil Registrar for the commune of Końskie, in the county of Końskie, in the department of Radom, appeared a jew, Mosiek Szmulowicz, a daylaborer, 65 years old, living in Końskie and presented Us a female infant child, born in his house, number 96, on July 5th of the current year, at 8 a.m., and declared that the child was born to him and his wife, Estera nee Lewkowicz, 38 years old and that his wish was to name the child Gytla.
The witnesses were jews, Lewek Zelikowicz, ???a baker???, 52 years old, living in Końskie and [can't read name] Joskiewicz, a butcher living in Końskie, 42 years old, neighbours. This act was signed by the administrator of the Końskie parish, Wawrzyniec Goszczyński, and the child's father and the witnesses.

In the year of 1811, on June 9th, at 6 p.m., in front of Us, the administrator of the Końskie parish, serving as Civil Registrar for the commune of Końskie, in the county of Końskie, in the department of Radom, appeared a jew, Haskiel Zyś, an innkeeper, 52 years old, living in Końskie and presented Us a female infant child, born in his house, number 148 at Warszawska street, on June 17th of the current year, at 10 p.m., and declared that the child was born to him and his wife, Ewa nee Haimowicz, 36 years old and that his wish was to name the child Maria.
The witnesses were jews, Zysman Sobelowicz, a furrier-master, 46 years old, living in Końskie and Beniamin Haimowicz, a tailor living in Końskie, 51 years old, both neighbours.

This act was signed by the administrator of the Końskie parish, Wawrzyniec Goszczyński, and the child's father and the witnesses.
