As to the Polish language, I will leave it to Elzbieta. If your problem is accessing the database here is a step-by-step:
1. go to http://www.straty.pl/?s=wp
2. at the top of the page and below the pictures there is a black bar
3. locate the word Szukja w bazie and click on it; it will open a new page
4. in the Nazwisko field type the surname Korzeniowski
5. click on the button SZUKAJ, under the word Dzien
6. a new page will open, showing the results
5. click on the number at the left side of the name (under the word Wybierz)
6. the information displayed is all they have.
7. repeat step #4 to search for Korzeniowska

Hello Elzbieta and Gilberto,
Thank you very much for this information and apologise for the delay in getting back to you due to the recent passing of Franciszek Korzeniowski (junior) born 29 August 1915 died 14 July 2013.
I have spent the last week attempting to access information on the links that you provided, without any success - the main problem being my lack of understanding the Polish language. I am at a standstill.
Can anyone assist me with my problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps you are already aware of this. Some other Korzeniowski from Wysoka listed at the same site.

Henry,

You know certainly than in Europe you have to demonstrate your familial relation to get access to vital records less than 100 years old.

Wadowice is by all means a very well known place (birth of Pope John Paul II), Wysoka is nearby, to the East.
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wysoka_%28powiat_wadowicki%29
On Google maps, you will get it with "Wysoka, Wadowice County, Poland"
On Polish map the village map is here http://mapa.targeo.pl/Wysoka,Wysoka,309

The parish of Wysoka has a very good website with its history (in Polish, it's an extract of a book)
http://www.wysoka.vot.pl/index.php/historia/
Dopiero 1 lipca 1971 roku metropolita krakowski kardynał Karol Wojtyła, w zawiązku z przeprowadzoną reformą administracji diecezji, przeniósł parafię Wysoka z dekanatu skawińskiego do dekanatu w Wadowicach. Kilkanaście lat później, mocą dekretu metropolity krakowskiego kard. Franciszka Macharskiego z dnia 16 V 1992 roku, ustanawiającego w Wadowicach siedziby dwóch jednostek dekanalnych, parafia Wysoka została przydzielona do dekanatu Wadowice-Północ."

The above quote says:
Since 1786 for 200 years the parish Wysoka was part to dekanat Skawina.
In 1971 Karol Wojtyla moved parish of Wysoka to dekanat of Wadowice.
Since 1992 parish Wysoka is part of dekanat Wadowice-Północ (Wadowice North).

I deduce that you are interested in records from the parish Wysoka, when it was part of dekanat Skawina.
Skawina is 20 km bird distance from Wysoka, direction North-East (line Wadowice - Wysoka and Krakow).

Re: archives
http://szukajwarchiwach.pl/
Enter Wysoka, tick "Only units/collections with scans", and get 109 units of archives. Plenty of useless (Wysoki mean High, any High level clerc fits), but still many vital records.
I selected
Jednostka aktowa: 59/1121/0/-/6 Digital copies: 107
Księga zgonów 1856-1899 -- records of deceased
Nazwa zespołu Akta stanu cywilnego Parafii Rzymskokatolickiej w Wysokiej

Then started to browse. It's good, but long work. You may find there your names.

Actualy, I found something of interest to myself and people looking for Markowa near Lancut (familiar names from Markowa, letter from Lancut, like if some families from Wysoka and Markowa were related).

Best,
Elzbieta

NB. Googling with "Wysoka, Wadowice, Korzeniowski" shows that several Korzniowski lives there today, one or two manufacturers of shoes
A number of Korzeniowski in schools.
I also found KORZENIOWSKI on the website with WWII 1939-45 records of lost people:
http://zaginieni1939-45.pl/person/8770.html
Imię:
Władysław
Nazwisko:
KORZENIOWSKI
Miejscowość:
Wysoka
Syn Jana i Anny, urodzony w Wysokiej, pow. Wadowice 13.12.1913 roku. Ostatnio zamieszkały Wysoka nr. 37, z zawodu rolnik, zaginął, dalszy los nieznany. Starostwo Powiatowe w Krakowie Nr. 22/45
