Hi,

Dobiegniewo is a very small village (66 people), located in gmina Wloclawek, county wloclawski, province kujawsko-pomorskie. It was under the russian partition by then. It has no parishes. RC attended mass on Wistka Szlachecka.

Wistka records are kept in Archiwum Panstwowe Torun, branch Wloclawek, and also in Archiwum Diecezjalne Wloclawek. So far, these records are not available on line, through ZoSIA system (http://szukajwarchiwach.pl/search?q=wistka&rpp=15&page=1).

Geneteka shows two Cyckiewicz in Kowal, ten miles Southwest of Dobiegniewo: a Maryanna, born in 1868, and a Bronislaw, died in 1867. There is no link to the original record, since these were transcriptions from an index.
