Born in Brok to Marcin Mazur and Katarzyna Mazur (nee Okrasa) in 1886.&lt;br /&gt;
I am also interested in the note added in 1910 in the column next to the record. It may have something to do with her immigration to the United States between 1910-1913.&lt;br /&gt;

It happened in Brok, on October 28th/November 9th, 1886, at 10 a.m.&lt;br /&gt;
Appeared personally Marcin Mazur, 40 years old, a farmer living in Brok, in the presence of Marcin Kacprzycki, 24 years old and Tomasz Szumski, 45 years old, both farmers living in Brok and presented Us a newborn female child, informing that the child was born in Brok on October 26th/November 7th of the curretn year, at 6 a.m., to his legal wife, Katarzyna nee Okrasa, 30 years old.&lt;br /&gt;
At The Holy Baptism, held today by the priest Jan Żółtowski, the vicar of the Brok parish, the child was given the name Pelagia and her godparents were: the aforementioned Marcin Kacprzycki and Paulina Rowińska.&lt;br /&gt;
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, who all were illiterate and it was signed by Us only.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priest Stawirej, the administrator of the Brok parish, serving as Civil Registrar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Left side note: On June 2nd/15th, 1908, in the parish church in Brok, Pelagia Mazur got married with Adam Wiśniewski. This note was made by the priest Piotr Dmochowski, the Brok parish-priest, serving as Civil Registrar. There is also a signature of the clerck of the Ostrów Mortgage Office.
