This little girl with bows is my grandmother Zuzanna (Zuzia). She was born in 1939, so this picture must have been taken some time just after the World War 2. The women on the left is my great-grandmother Stefania (Stefcia).

I am incredibly lucky person because I remember her: she died when I was 6.
And I still have both of my grandmothers and grandfathers! This is really a treasure.

Today, on 21st January we celebrate in Poland Grandmother’s Day. Tomorrow, on 22nd January will be Grandfather’s Day.

Do you have any memories about your Grandparents, that you would like to share on this special day?
