Barbara,

Records less than 100 years old are kept in the civil register office (USC).
It is highly likeky you will have to prove you are a family member.
If you tell me the name of the village I can give you the USC address.

Hello,

I've just recently found out the date of my grandparents marriage which took place in 1927. Would the marriage certificate include names of parents of the bride and groom? Should I contact Archiwum Państwowe w Rzeszowie Oddział w Sanoku (who apparently have records from my grandparents' village) to get a copy? Does anyone have experience contacting this archive office?
