Polish names would be Wladyslaw Franciszek and Rozalia.
Few Okorowski arriving at Ellis Island, mostly from areas near Lomza, but no one is Wladyslaw.
Have you checked if they naturalized? Their SS-5 form?
Consider checking the Okurowski spelling, too.

My great-grandparents, Walter Frank and Rose Okorowski were born in the late 1890s in Poland and migrated to the United States during the first few decades of the twentieth century, probably the 20s or 30s.
