It happened in Radziejów, on December 9th, 1838, at 11 a.m.
Appeared Paweł Kociński, 30 years old and Roch Lewandowski, 30 years old, both farmers from Stary Radziejów and they declared that on the 8th day of the current month, at 10 p.m., died Anna Kocińska nee Konwent, a widow, a catholic, a farmer living in Stary Radziejów, 60 years old, a daughter of the unknown parents, whose birth place is unknown.
After convinced myself about the death of Kocińska this act was read to the illiterate declarants.
