His birth certificate lists Hazel Furtek as his biological mother. Hazel was listed as being 32 yrs old and born in Defiance Ohio... although I cannot confirm that this is true. A search of Hazel Furtek does not pull up anything. I would love to know my family history, know about my Grandma, or anything to let me know where I come from. Up until a week ago, I had no clue what her name was let alone my genealogy.
