Zellensky , most probably originally Zieliński from the root ziel-/ziol-, zielony - green and zioło - herb. Also the root of numerous toponyms: Zieleń, Zieleniec, Zielona Góra, Ziółowo etc.

Zieliński is a very popular surname in the whole Poland. In 2002 there were 43121 people using the surname Zieliński living in Poland. Detailed map can be found here http://www.moikrewni.pl/mapa/kompletny/zieli%25C5%2584ski.html .

In 19th century there were following noble families:

Zieliński from Zielonki ennobled in 1826 (Galicia)
Zieliński coat of arms Radosz

Kucz-; Kuczek from Polish kuczyć- to tease annoy, or kucza - hut, tent, or kuczka "a small heap".

In 2002 there were 2100 people using the surname Kuczek living in Poland and the most were in Leżajsk county. Detailed map can be found here https://nazwiska-polskie.pl/Kuczek .

In 19th century there was one noble family:

What I can say about Kuczek village is that in 1800s it belonged to Raciążek parish and was owned by Catholic bishops. In 1827 there was a mill and there lived 69 people in 6 houses.
