However i believe i did find a village where your Vladimir lived

I read address As:
Ternopolskaya oblast
Podwolochyskiey region
selo Czerniszówka / Чернилівка / Tchernishivka

Unfortunately i cannot read what is written below the village (selo)

Edit:
Also, some Holodniuks came from Żabińce/Жабинці, village in Ternopol oblast

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yes, Zabince shows up on Petrus Holodniuk immigration papers. I believe that is correct.
Here is a Cyrylic/Russian translation of the address. My brother Steve just got it back from a Russian co-worker. I ask if he could read and translate it. This might help. Thanks for your help!
село Черниловка, - the village of Chernilivka
Подволочиский район, - Podvolochisk district (area)
Тернопольская область, - Ternopil region
Greetings, I am trying to locate Vladimir Golodnyuk. I believe he lives in the Ukraine now. He is a grandson of my grandfathers brother - we are cousins. The last I heard about him was in a letter to my father back in 1989. My dad wanted to visit him then in USSR, but died that year.
I think that he might still be alive in the Ternopol area in the Ukraine. My grandfather immigrated from Poland/Austria in 1913 from Zabnica. I would like to visit him and his/our family in the next 2 years. I will attach a clip of the envelope that Vladimir sent to my aunt and father - Lillian is also dead now. I would like to send a letter but I do not know how to address the envelope or if the address is still valid. I cannot even read the return address at this point.
I appreciate any help
Sid Holodnick
