Hi,

once again, I need your help with a polish translation. This record does not belong to my side of the family (at least I don’t think so), but at the bottom of the page I read the name “Bartlomieja Schmita” – which could be the Bartholomaeus Schmid(t) that I am searching. I hope to find some kind of information about him. Would someone be so kind and translate? There are 2 sides (I. + II.).
I also have a register (headings) from 1809, but I don’t know the meaning/can’t read them.

Now I'll try to figure out if "Bart." is the one I am looking for. I haven't come across that name very often (in fact, not at all up until now) in the region I am searching, so I will look for some more clues in different films in the Wyszogrod area.
Also, thank you for the translation of the heading. I want to make a list so I can find the info faster, but I couldn't read the headings Sad

Hello friends,

I have returned with a few more Wojlanis documents I would greatly appreciate translated. Elzbieta was wonderful enough to translate the document I believe is my great grandfather, Florian born 1863. I that record his father was shown to be Wincenty aged 46 years, searching the records I searched and found a Wincenty born in 1819. This would make him 44 years old in the 1863 record and not finding another Wincenty searching records ranging from 1815 to 1820. If correct, the father in the Wincenty record is Jakob Wojlanis. From here I began searching for a marriage for Jakob some time before 1819. The second record is I what I thought may be the marriage record for Jakob. I need to go back and search for siblings of Florian in other records. To date I have downloaded more than 6,000 images for the Lejpuny from the archives, 1808 thru 1881, there is much work to do and it will take time.

Year one thousand eight hundred fourteenth, on the twenty-third day of the month of January.
Before us, clergyman of the parish Lejpuny, officer keeping Civil Vital Records at the municipality of Lejpuny, county Sejneński, in the department of Lomża.
Appeared in Jakub Woylanis, a young man, twenty-three years old according to his metric record cut out of the books of the Church in Lejpuny, residing with his parents, his existence ensured by his father Andrzej Woylanis, settled on a farm in Jawojsze, and his mother Krystyna born Meycieg, and a Magdalena Sawkiewicz, a young women, nineteenth years (evolved) old demonstrated by her metric record cut out of the book of the Church in Lejpuny, residing at her parents home, her existence ensured by her father Tomasz Sawkiewicz, farmer as well, from Sołtaniszki, and her mother Ewa born Mikucianis.
Both parties demand us to celebrate the marriage, they have arranged between themselves, whose announcements were made at the door of our house commune, this is, the first one on the ninth day of the month of January, and the second one on the sixteenth day of the current month and year, at twelve o'clock at noon, on Sundays.
As far as we know, no objection to the marriage had happened, and the parents allow for the marriage, therefore we concur with the demand of the parties, afer reading all the above mentioned papers, as well as the sixth Chapter from the Code of marriage, we asked the future spouse-him and future spouse-her if they want to be united by the marriage? When each of them separetely answered, and said so is his will, we then announce in the name of the Law that Jakob Woylanis, young man, and Magdalena Sawkiewicz, young woman, are married together. We have written this act, in consciousness of Mateusz Woylanis, forty-four years old, and Jakub Woylanis, thirty-five years old, both cousins of Andrzej Woylanis, and grand-cousins of the groom Jakub Woylanis, settled on the farm in Jawoysze, and as well of Wawrzeniec Sawkiewicz, fifty years old, and Franciszek Sawkiewicza sixty-seven years old, brothers and of Tomasz Sawkiewicz and uncles of the bride Magdalena Sawkiewicz, farmers from Sołtaniszki.
This Act was read to the present, signed by us. Persons denominated in the act do not know how to write.

I went to the LDS library last night and too snap shots of some images because their copier didn't work very well...I was wondering if anyone can translate these...I know some of the pictures aren't that great...I know a couple of the ladies first names are Agnieszka and Maryanna..I'm just trying to figure out Agnieszkas husbands first name and surname...I'll be grateful for any help I can get...
