Elżbieta! I agree: the lady is using some modern facilities like the cellophane or this ce-cream spoon to portion the filling (indeed, I was surprised when I saw this, but I bet that some Polish cookers would use it). But I think that the recipe itself is good and the video is showing well the whole process. Anyway: How was yous stay in Warsaw. I hope that you had a good time! Aren't you planning to come to Kraków one day? I would invite you for some good pierogi in my town with pleasure . Warm greetings to you! Aga

Aga,
Thank you for your invitation to Krakow, I cannot say when, but one day, one year. I was born there, my parents lived on Filipa Street, and they used to walk with me (in stroller) in Planty Garden.
My Warsaw stay was short, and very busy. I believe I wrote I saw Walesa Hope movie by Wajda, went to Teatr Wielki to see Mazowsze (a little disappointed - they will not survive if they do not evolve a little; and it's just possible, look on tango and its mutation over time). Plenty of family activities.
Najserdeczniejsze pozdrowienia z lodowatego Paryza!
Elzbieta
