We invite you to watch our videos from PolishOrigins You Tube channel.
Today I've chosen for you "Zbójnicki" dance. The video was recorded during PO Galicia Tour in October. Zbójnicki dance is men's performance, the sequence of traditional dance steps and figures, such as: "zwykła" (plain), "bitka" (fight), "klaskany" (clapping), "w pięty" (in the heels), "po dwa" (counted on two), "hajduk" (robber). This dance requires strength, flexibility and great physical condition. Traditionally it was the spontaneous, individual dance to impress others. What survived till nowadays, is a stage performance for the public, but it is still worth watching!
We prepared PO Galicia Tour Media Kit. It is detailed description of the Tour including following sections:

Post subject: Carpathian Troy
It’s really hard to believe that in the forest and mountainous Subcarpathia, with a rather cold climate, existed strongly fortified settlements built as early as over 4000 years ago! To show the remaining of this culture, during PO Galicia Tour we invite our guests to Carpathian Troy archaeological park.
