Although this topic is mainly about the maps of Poland in the 19th century, under the partitions, I think that two additional maps might be useful. The first one shows Poland's territory throughout the ages and the second one shows the 1939-1945 border change.

The map for Poland 1000 shows a an eastern border too far west. Here's a more detailed 1000 map.

Poland's borders changed even in the 10th and 11th centuries Smile.

Not all the territories that were under Mieszko's rule were later under his son's Bolesław administration. Most notably, the Grody Czerwieńskie (Cherven Cities) territory.

It was lost after 981 due to the invasion of Volodymyr the Great from Kievan Rus.

Bolesław the Brave retook them in 1018, therefore, back in 1000, they were not within Poland's borders yet
