My grandmothers first husband Adam Klinke died in 1906 in Alt Wuhrow, Germany, according to her second marriage document. I'm not sure if he was in the military there. Alt Wuhrow is called Stare Wuhrow today and part of Poland. I believe it is located in West Pomerian and gmina Złocienieca. Can anyone tell me what archives office would have death records for that year 1906 and village? I know my grandmother was born in Kochowo, Poland ( prevoiusly Russia) and Kochowo was near near Slupca and Kleczew.

Thanks,
Vicky

Gilberto,
Vicky,

Złocieniec in Polish is Falkenburg in German.

No civil records for Falkenburg in szukajwarchiwach.pl besides 1809-1835 in Zlocieniec

Thank you Gilberto and Elzbieta. I will contact The AP and USC.
